All bodies are beautiful, I only wish it didn’t take me this many years to realise that fact. Follow your dreams no matter what you look like. Don’t wait.

New bathing suit, proud of my body! all you girls are beautiful<3 US-14 :) http://elenaeveryday.tumblr.com/
Around here, it is tradition that for graduation, we all jump in the fountain: My chubby legs couldn’t make it further than the bottom level, but my awesome friends insisted that I should be at the very top, rocking out! And so we did :)
^This uplifting experience made me not even hesitate to participate in another tradition: Skinny dipping! In the middle of the city (it’s a harbor city), at bright daylight! Only one person made snide remarks “I don’t understand why SHE did it” but was silenced by my awesome friends, that I of course did it for the same reason as everyone else: To have fun, and to have a last crazy experience w/my friends! Why did she do it, they asked? People would much rather swim with me, who were there for the right reasons, than to swim with her, who was appearently only there to feel superior.
My friends are awesome, and I love my body <3
hahahahahaajahahahaha
hahahahahahaa
victoria’s secret is pulling a “love your body” marketing campaign
isn’t that just frickin cute?
victoria’s secret
the underwear company that is famous for irresponsibly reinforcing unrealistic and harmful expectations of people’s bodies. the same company that only stocks clothing, bras, and underwear so long as you fall within their range of *acceptable* body sizes. the same company that only uses models of a very specific height, weight, hair style, facial structure, and breast size.
the last thing any of their shitty advertising has ever told me is that i should “love my body”.
*yes, it is a promo for the “body” bras - and they are appropriating body positive marketing to sell them.
